Our story
We started with a question: why is responsible AI so hard to operationalize?
In 2020, five digital leaders saw the same pattern across large organizations: AI was being deployed fast, but governance was an afterthought — fragmented across spreadsheets, legal memos, and manual audits. Shadow AI was spreading. Regulatory exposure was growing. Trust was eroding.
